Account forms collect your name, email address, password and selected language. Passwords are stored as hashes. We also store sessions, order references, plan and payment records, eSIM provisioning details and messages submitted to support. Why we use itلماذا نستخدمها
We use this information to manage accounts, secure sessions, process orders, verify payments, deliver eSIMs, answer support requests and investigate failures or abuse. Paddle processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy notice. Simli stores payment identifiers and status rather than full card numbers or CVC codes. eSIM Access receives the plan and provisioning information needed to fulfill an order. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in and protects account and order access. Your language preference is saved in local browser storage. Security and retentionالأمان والاحتفاظ
eSIM installation details, support message content and queued email content are encrypted in the database. Sessions and access tokens expire. Order, financial and audit records may be retained for accounting, support and legal obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained under applicable law. Do not send passwords, card details or activation codes in your request.
