If you have a payment, delivery or service problem, submit the contact form, choose Refund request and include your order reference and a description of the issue. A request is reviewed; submitting it does not itself cancel the eSIM or approve a refund.إذا واجهت مشكلة في الدفع أو التسليم أو الخدمة، استخدم نموذج التواصل واختر طلب استرداد وأرفق رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة. يخضع الطلب للمراجعة؛ ولا يؤدي تقديمه وحده إلى إلغاء الشريحة أو الموافقة على الاسترداد.
Unused and activated eSIMsالشرائح غير المستخدمة والمفعّلة
Tell support whether the eSIM has been installed, activated or used. Supplier cancellation availability can differ by plan and status. Do not install or use the eSIM while requesting cancellation if you wish to keep it unused. Final eligibility rules and any request deadlines must be confirmed by the operator before live sales.أبلغ الدعم إن كانت الشريحة مثبتة أو مفعّلة أو مستخدمة. تختلف إمكانية الإلغاء لدى المزوّد حسب الباقة والحالة. لا تثبت الشريحة أو تستخدمها أثناء طلب الإلغاء إذا أردت إبقاءها غير مستخدمة. يجب اعتماد قواعد الأهلية والمواعيد النهائية قبل البيع الفعلي.
Delayed or failed deliveryتأخر التسليم أو فشله
Keep your order reference and contact support if payment succeeded but no eSIM appeared. Do not place another order to resolve a pending delivery. We need to reconcile the payment and supplier status before deciding how to resolve the order.احتفظ برقم الطلب وتواصل مع الدعم إذا نجح الدفع ولم تظهر الشريحة. لا تنشئ طلباً آخر لحل تسليم معلق. يلزم التحقق من حالة الدفع والمزوّد قبل تحديد معالجة الطلب.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method, subject to its processing and banking timelines. Refund requests may require Paddle approval. We do not promise an immediate credit or a fixed refund arrival date.تُعالج الاستردادات الموافق عليها عبر Paddle إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وفق مواعيد المعالجة والبنوك. قد تتطلب الطلبات موافقة Paddle. لا نعد بإيداع فوري أو موعد ثابت لوصول المبلغ.
Your rights and sandbox ordersحقوقك والطلبات التجريبية
Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Sandbox payments do not charge real money or deliver real eSIMs, so there is no real payment to return.تظل حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية سارية. لا تخصم المدفوعات التجريبية أموالاً حقيقية ولا تسلم شرائح فعلية، لذلك لا يوجد مبلغ حقيقي لإعادته.
